2500 mile Service

Danielle has to be one of the best. My bike did not make it on the scheduled time, it was a day late. Some how the team and her got it in and done in just hours. Saved my hole weekend.

R&R rear tire

I called for an estimate on a rear tire and Danielle said it would be $X.00. I asked about an appointment and she offered Tue next week I said OK then she said maybe fri afternoon. S I dropped it off wed afternoon. Thurs. aft she called and said it was done. Final Price was $3.00 and change off very impressed. When I asked if it was nitrogen filled she said she forgot ( I forgot to remind Also) but the tech came out took the bike filled w/ nitrogen in about 5 minutes. This is old fashioned customer service I WILL NOT FORGET. Thank You.

5k service and rear facia replacement ,software update

Great service department , I was able to drop off bike and picked it up when promised , I ride 400 miles roundtrip from Pueblo. Bill was very helpful with warranty issue and his knowledge and love of Harley is very evident , and a special thanks to mike for the special treatment as well. I would recommend THUNDERMOUNTAIN HARLEY for any of your Harley needs, very satisfied 2014 StreetGlide owner ,thanks

I just bought a second bike today with Lonnie. I'm not a patient person by nature but Lonnie kept me calm and we made it through the process. I like how knowledgeable and honest he is about the different models and what will work best for me. Kudos to Lonnie and the staff for putting up with me.

Just had the 2nd service done on my 2015 Heritage Softail Classic and was very pleased with the whole service department. All of my questions were answered by the exceptionally knowledgeable staff. From start to finish each staff member had no problem taking the time to help me. The service is great and 2nd to none! I recommend all of my friends to Thunder Mountain Harley!!
