AMAZING FRIENDLY SERVICE

Wonderful service! This is my first Harley and I am very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff at Thunder Mountain. Bill in service explained everything to me and helped me understand the first service prior to bringing in the bike and went over everything when I picked it up. After leaving Thunder Mountain with my bike it is riding as AMAZING as the day I bought it. Thank you for the greatest service experience!!! YOU ARE GREAT!!! :) VERY HAPPY

Outstanding service from the get go !

I am new to Colorado and was out riding in the country around Carter lake and had a blow-out and was stranded so i called TMHD service and got Dave on the phone, i explained my situation and he assured me if i got my breakout to THMD he would try and get me in and out that day. as it turned out i could not get a tow till it was right at closing on Saturday and Dave waited after hours till i could get there. i was really happy he waited and the following monday Dave got my bike a new tire replaced with my extended warranty free of charge, and so i decided to get my bike serviced and was extremely happy with it, not to mention i got my bike back washed and detailed! we recently bought a home in Boulder area and TMHD became my dealer of choice here in colorado. everyone at the dealership was very professional, extremely helpful and a lot of fun to do business with! i even bought another Breakout CVO and i couldn't be happier. i consider them all my friends from Todd on down and it started with some one going above and beyond to help me out, and that type of service and atitude is what keeps me and many others coming back. Keep up the great customer service!!

5000 mile service

Brought my Ultra Classic CVO in for the 5000 mile service. Bill took care of me in a professional manner and took the time to explain to me all that was done to the bike during the service. It is nice to know that the service continues after the purchase.

Clutch recall

Bill was very pleasant when I pulled my bike in to get it worked on. I brought it in for a recall on the clutch and on the saddle bags. Didn't know about the saddle bag mounts till Bill told me. I waited there for theme to perform the work. They did it in a very timely manner. Very pleased with my service today. Thank you Thunder Mountain.

Service

I had my bike in for service and my contact was Sam Canipe, he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He showed a genuine concern for the different issues with the bike and was very honest in his assessments. I would buy a bike from Thunder Mountain because of the great service I get from this department.
