I took my 2015 Limited in for the 7.5K service. I was very impressed by the service that Trevor performed and the professional manner in which Bill handled the communication and explanation. I would highly recommend the Thunder Mountain Service Department to anyone.

10,000 miles Service

My apologies for this late review. On 9/18/2015 I brought my 2014 H-D FLHTK Electra and as always, well pleased. Would like to thank Mr. Page to include Ed the technician for servicing my Harley-Davidson. However, would like to thank everyone else for making me feel welcome. It's funny, every time the wife and I stop in just to stop in we both look forward for that fresh cup of coffee.

Thank you for taking the time to come down to Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson to have your bike serviced with us. Glad you enjoy the coffee and thank you for being part of the family. Till next time!

The service department is exceptional. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Bill is great to work with. He fully explained the process before and after. Bill is knowledgeable, competent, and personable.

Servicing my Roadster

I would like to bring to your leadership's attention several employees that gave me great service on one of my bikes recently. This experience started with Dave Wheeler selling me the correct Choke cable I needed. My plan was the wrong plan and Dave helped me understand the right way and the correct part. He is always awesome and I have asked for his help since around 1999 or 2000. Bill Page kept his word to me and that is premium in my book. He was kind, informative and got the bike done when, how and for the price he said he would. He has the right personality for the type of work he is doing and loves his job. I'll go back to your service dept. now, because of Bill. I have avoided your service dept. since around 2001. Also, your technician named Scott did the work well and did not scratch up the parts he worked on. I can't ask for more than that. Dave Wheeler, Bill Page and Scott really deserve credit for bringing me back to your service department. Ghost

Installed Hi Flow breather and Dyno

There was a mix up between parts sales and service and my appointment got lost in the shuffle. Bill not only found me a slot to get the work done but got it done faster and cheaper than estimated. The work is great, the bike is quicker and looks awesome with the new PM breather. Very satisfied customer.
