Used Bike Purchase

These folks at Thunder Mountain Harley continue to amaze me! I recently purchased a second bike from them, a 2000 Softail Deuce, that I want to customize. When I went up to bring it home I discovered the brake lights didnt work off the handlebar brake lever and the speedometer had an issue. I went back and discussed the issues with them and without hesitation they put my bike in the service department for diagnosis. They not only repaired both of these issues but also found a problen with my voltage regulator. Danielle in service notified me and told me they had ordered me a new part and when bike would be completed. I went up the following Saturday to pick up the bike and found out they had performed $792.00 in repairs and parts to correct these issues yet didnt charge me anything! My bike was repaired, washed and shined, and ready to go! I believe this is exceptional customer service because they could have said I bought this bike as is and these issues are my problem but they didnt take that stance with me at all. I will continue to drive from Thornton to get my bikes, service, and parts from this place because they go above and beyond to earn your business! Thank you guys so much for all you do to make the Harley experience all it can be!

PARTS

I was told they ordered my parts and it would be everything I needed to put new handlebars on my bike.. They even looked at my bike gave me the quote....Paid in advance.. get the parts ....wrong damn parts ..bike tore down and they couldn't seem to help me get the correct parts.. they refunded my money which takes 3-5 days to post no I have no parts ands no bike to ride Thanks for nothing

Scott,  I am very sorry to hear about your issues with getting the right parts to put taller ape-hangers on your bike.  From my understanding, the parts ordered were based on us thinking your bike was a 2013 Street Glide, and come to find out later, your bike is actually a 2013 CVO Street Glide, so the cable kit will not fit due to the hydraulic clutch on the CVO.  We would be happy to order the parts pieced together once you measure for the hydraulic clutch line, as they do not make a kit that includes everything for the CVO like they do for the standard Street Glide.  Please let us know if we can order this for you instead, or if you have decided against it all together since you were last in and looked at the options.

Please also let me know if your credit card has not been refunded, as it has on our end, but can take a few days on your credit card processors' end to show up sometimes.

Become Famil!!!

I just have to say this is the place you come to become part of a great big family, full of wonderful hard working people. Lonnie helped us buy our 4th Harley, it is always a great time with him. He is always there for anything you my need or even just for a hand shake or hug! but at Thunder Mountain you can't stop at just Lonnie. Because when you walk though the front doors you are Family to everyone, They all go out of there way to help you anyway they can! So from Lonnie to Tim and Mechelle to Dave our service guy, Thank you all and everyone else for all the ways you take care of us and make us feel like family!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW UP

I was under the impression when I bought my new bike. That it would be so much better than even my CVO, performance and comfort wise I was told by the GM and GSM that they would take a look at my CVO and see if the difference was in the bikes and call me back on what they could do for me I am still waiting for the call... I'm very disappointed in the bike itself, Regret my purchase

Thank you again for your purchase and for your honesty about it.  I know since you wrote this and bought your bike, we have discussed the differences between your 2012 CVO and your new 2017 FLHXS, and we have swapped out the seat and windshield from your old bike for you to the new one, as those were the main differences in comfort between the two bikes that we could see, other than cosmetic differences.  If there is more we can do other than what Nick and I have discussed on the phone and in person with you, please let us know!

Used Bike Purchase

I bought an 07 CVO Dyna here a couple years ago that I love but cant alter in any way because its a CVO. Been wanting a bike in good shape to customize and came upon it yesterday at Thunder Mountain Harley. Found a SWEET 2000 Softail Deuce to work with. A big shout out to Chip, Cheyenne, and Benji in finance for taking me through the process of purchasing this bike.
